AgentCX Labs has unveiled the Founding Beta of its innovative Agent Builder Studio, a groundbreaking prompt-based platform aimed at enabling agencies and business process outsourcers (BPOs) to create, brand, and deploy AI agents without the need for coding expertise. The platform facilitates the process by allowing users to specify their AI agent requirements in plain language. In response, Agent Builder Studio generates a proposed agent configuration that includes the model, knowledge base, actions, and system prompt. Users are then given the opportunity to review and adjust the setup before deploying the AI agents to clients.
Functioning as an orchestration layer, AgentCX Labs empowers agencies and BPOs to leverage their existing AI infrastructure, liberating them from dependency on a single AI provider. Users can integrate their own accounts with various AI model providers, voice and messaging platforms, databases, and knowledge-base services. The platform boasts support for integrations with providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Retell, Vapi, and ElevenLabs. Additionally, the system offers white-label features, enabling custom domains, client subaccounts, branding controls, and agency-managed billing, thus allowing agencies to offer AI services under their own brand identity.
The first creation from the Agent Builder Studio is a white-labeled Web Chat Agent, now accessible to AgentCX Labs customers. This agent can be tailored by agencies with custom greetings, branding, and knowledge bases before being added to a client’s website. It comes equipped with features like lead capture, human handoff, and optional CRM integration via webhooks. The Founding Beta is also being expanded to accommodate other use cases, such as CRM agents, email support, document processing, research and enrichment agents, and AI assistants based on Slack.
AgentCX Labs asserts that this new platform is tailored to assist agencies and BPOs in broadening their AI service offerings while retaining control over their existing infrastructure, client relationships, and branding.
